COVID-19

Dear Distributor,

These past few weeks have been unlike any other. Our priority has been the health and safety of our Notes family while we provide safe, essential services to our customers. You can click here to view a presentation of the many of the initiatives we have enacted. The key areas of our plan include: 1) Control Site Traffic, 2) Enhanced Hygiene Protocols, 3) Social Distancing, 4) On-Site Emergency Response and 5) Communication.

As we move, forward we are working to instill daily audits.

Additionally, we have implemented a Daily Pledge. This pledge is signed by every Notes employee that enters any of our buildings. It is a pledge of health and safety we make to each other.

The goal is to keep our people safe and in the end, our factory open to service you, our customer.

Thank you for your support during these times. It means more than we can ever communicate. We are here for you now and we will be here for you when this crisis passes; stronger then ever. We stand ready to help you grow utilizing the power of print and paper.

If there are any questions or suggestions after reviewing our plan attached, please email or call me.

Stay Safe.

Dear Distributor,

All three Notes, Inc. plants remain open and will remain open until further notice.

The last week has been challenging. Like all of you, we are following the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) developments very closely. Our priority is the health and safety of our employees and our families.

Last week we hosted multiple town halls and internally rolled out our COVID-19 plan. One of the components of our plan is an Employee Pledge which every employee will be asked to sign daily upon entrance to any facility. This process started today. The Pledge re-affirms that each of us entering the building feels healthy and we have had no contact with anyone that has been diagnosed with the virus. Again our goal is the health and safety of all of our employees and their families. Later this week we will be rolling out our larger plan to Keep our Employees Safe. If you would like a copy, please ask.

To help our customers we are working on posters that communicate best practices relative to COVID-19. As these become available we will make them available. If you would like us to print some for you we would certainly love to.

My message to our Notes, Inc. family is that we need to replace fear with faith. Faith that we will get through this. Faith that we will remain healthy. Faith that our business will remain strong once this crisis passes.

As our customer, I want to say thank you. Thank you for your support and business. You have never been more important. If there is anything I can personally do, please reach out.

Be Safe. Be Healthy.
