Please allow 4 - 5 business days for your order to ship - with day one beginning the first full day after you submit your order. Orders ship from our production facility in Syracuse, New York. Please send us an e-mail or leave us a message if you need to determine what UPS Shipping Option will work best for your situation. If you are trying to make a tight deadline, please let us know. We would always like to work wonders for you - so communicating your needs to us is suggested. In some cases, we are able to RUSH your order through, however a $100 charge will be applied to your Credit Card account. Again, we want to help so please e-mail or leave us a voice message.
